Payment terms:
payments are taken upfront through kofi or paypal after confirming commission details. I will provide links to both.Refunds:
100% refunds are only provided if commission has not been started on yet.
50% refunds are provided if only the sketch has been completed.
25% refunds can be provided for any stage after the sketch stage, however there is a 15% kill fee that must be paid.Rights:
I own all rights to my work and all commissions are created with the purpose of personal use only. Commercial use is strictly forbidden unless previously discussed. Under no circumstances can my work be used in AI, NFTs or any other form of cryptocurrency.
Time:
commissions will take me from a month to 3-4 months to complete (depending on personal circumstances as well as my position of a carer). I will always update the commissioner of any delays or issues that arise during the process.Process:
Dependant on what has been commissioned, I will communicate with the commissioner through all stages (sketch, lineart, base colours, full rendering) and make sure each stage has been completed accurately before moving on to the next phase of the commission. This allows for the commissioner to understand what I am doing as well as make sure all revisions are done earlier on rather than during the finishing periods.
